Notre maison

Sunny and ample, this apartment has a delightful partial view of the the Marina and is located within walking distance of everything you will need to live and to get to know the town. Bakery downstairs for breakfast. Supermarket, pharmacy, art, artisans, surf, beaches, and the unavoidable stroll by the Marina.

There are plazas, easy streets to bike on or walk or run.

The apartment has A/C heat and cold, all necessary equipment for 6 places, 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Washer, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, etc.

There is cable TV and dvd, stereo, WI-FI, phone and fax.

This is my second home and I rent it in local summer from Dec 15 to March, but will consider exchange. I may leave one of my cars.

I have dogs and love animals so pets are OK. There are parks where they can go for their needs". I would not suggest toddlers due to windows which are very large and low. ( therefore dangerous for little kids), but certainly they are welcome.

I may be living in the apartment on the return of this particular trip. Look forward to hearing from you!

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. I am 58 going on 20 most of the time!!!!! My daughter has left the nest and I am ready to roam the planet. I gave myself a motherhood graduation present: to eat and feast the senses in the midst of culture and architecture for one month or so in France and Italy. I have property that I administer and have travelled in the Americas for a while. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English and "dabble" in French and Italian.

I certainly need to travel now, due to certain compromises, June 4th I arrive in Paris and the return 5th July or later a week.

Love nature, dogs, philosophy, trekking, reading, biking, swimming, music, science and metaphysics. Flexible to learn and ready to try to absorb, as much as I can, the centuries of living knowledge that Europe contains!!!

Our Punta is a small version of a Monaco without a king! We have Casinos, Marinas, restaurants, walking parks, art museums, artisan's plaza, all water sports, close to the Sierras of Caracoles and Lavalleja, a Buddhist temple in a mountain, Cabo Polonio, Jose ignacio (great restaurants), other incredible beaches with all sorts of styles!!

You can also go to Buenos Aires (Argentina) via ferry or Plane. And obviously, Montevideo is an hour + away where you have a surprising metropolis with great food and pretty good wines!!!

There are also many wineries around, since Uruguay now makes international wines.

You can bike, ride buses, tour buses, rent cars, walk mostly!!!

Ask me and I 'll tell you.
