  1. My name is Monique, I have a small family with one child. My husband is a business owner, myself an Interior Designer and our daughter an 8th grader. We enjoy outdoor sports, who doesn't in sunny south Florida with all this beautiful weather, beach goers, food/cooking and art enthusiast. We've lived here in our neighborhood for twenty years and have enjoyed every minute with our neighbors.





The property is located in a historic district called "Old Northwood" the oldest neighborhood in Palm Beach County. We are considered urban living as the neighborhood is within city limits. We are only three (3) minutes over the bridge (the intercostal waterway) to the famous and wealthy island of Palm Beach. We have beautiful sandy beaches everywhere and the best shopping on the treasure coast. Flagler Drive is a wonderful walking, jogging or biking path alongside the beautiful waterway where you can enjoy viewing yachts cruising by. We have a great outdoor market during the season where you can get all fresh items to include flowers, produce, seafood, etc. The City has a tremendous budget that affords a terrific venue for constant things to do from the Amphitheater performances, festivals, outdoor movies on the green waterfront, etc. You'll love it here.
