Notre maison

Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 full bath top floor condo (three story bldg w/elevator). East view of the Indian River. The Indian River is a mile wide at this location. We decorated this place and do not spend much time there. Never rented it. We keep our place very clean. Spectacular moon rise and sunrise views. I can watch the wildlife in the river. There is always somebody out there....dolphins, pelicans, osprey, manatees and more. The pool key is on the key board. Just grab a towel and go! It's heated. The tennis courts are next to the pool. Some balls and raquets are in the closet. Make yourself at home! There is a covered parking spot in the garage (first floor is all parking). There are various boat/jetski rental companies close by if you want to spend a day on the water. Swimming in the ocean is popular, but always be aware of where you are on the food chain!

Just me and my wife. No kids. No pets. Silk plants. I am an engineer and my wife is a 'retired' travel agent. Mid fifties and live in Texas. We maintain a clean household (as you can see by the pictures) and always respect other peoples' property. We have had pets in the past. We like dogs....but cats...no so much. Have traveled most of the world, but we have our 'list' of destinations to visit.

Tucked away and close to all major points in Vero Beach. We find that we are never more than fifteen minutes from any destination. Do your homework as Vero Beach is very much a small town. We love it, but understand it is not a big city. Vero Beach is known best for what it does NOT have -- ocean front high rises. This means that your walk on the beach will indeed be a private one (rare in Florida these days). We live two and half miles from this Atlantic Ocean beach :((http://www.vbfl.net/images/f_vero_beach_south_beachDSC_4202.jpg)). Notice the lack of buildings? We like that about VB. Lots of great restaurants close by (we keep notes on all our favorites, just look in the drawer), high end (w/ cloth napkins and premium wine) to biker bars (w/ beer, leather and tattoos). Your choice. Very clean city and we have fallen in love with its charm. Oh, there are shops on beach for the shoppers to stroll. Our VB condo is 75 minutes from West Palm Beach airport (PBI) and 97 minutes from Orlando airport (MCO). You can fly into FLL or MIA also, it's a longer drive, but if you can get a better fare....it could be worth it.
