Notre maison

Our home is a comfortable and clean. The kitchen is moderately sized with all of the amenities. There is a carpeted family room with a sofa, woodstove, TV/DVD, and computer. Two bedrooms have bunkbeds and are kid friendly, one has an internet connected computer. The master bedroom had a king-sized bed, bathroom, and TV/DVD. The living room has a piano, and very comfortable sofa and leather chairs. There is a well stocked toy room that can sleep 2, and office with a futon that can sleep 2 in the sunny basement.
There is a large fenced backyard with a play equipment, a sand box, a trampoline and lots of grass and trees. There is a barbeque, table and chairs with umbrella on the back patio with a great view of the mountains. The landscaping is very nice with many trees shrubs, flowers.
We have a two car garage, and lots of bikes of all sizes and varieties. Mountain bikes, road bikes, cruiser, tandem, and children bikes. We have 2 available cars, a 2002 Chevy Tahoe with 8 seatbelts, and a 1999 Nissan Altima with 5 seatbelts. There are bike racks for both cars and camping gear available.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are Steve and Noelle and we have 4 children. Our daughter Quinn is 11, son Fischer is 9, daughter Maia is 7 and son Crew is 3. Steve is a documentary filmmaker and Noelle is a mother first, but also a ski/snowboard instructor, and designer. We love travel and are ready to get the kids involved in traveling. We thought a home exchange would be and excellent way to get started. Our children are well mannered and know how to behave in others homes.
This is the first time we have done a home exchange and are very interested in the prospect! We love the outdoors, we love to ski, snowboard, hike, bike, swim, and are up for adventure, exploration, and fun. We look forward to enjoying a home in a different place, and are excited to share ours.

We live in a quiet, friendly neighbor in a small artsy town. Great restaurants are close by in Springville, Provo, and other neighboring areas just a short drive away. The mountains are almost right in the backyard. Hobble Creek Canyon is just minutes away with a golf course, great hiking, mountain and road biking.
Sundance resort is about 30 minutes away, Park City and Salt Lake City are both about a 1 hour drive.
There is excellent mountain biking, road biking, hiking, rock climbing, camping, swimming in pools or lakes, golfing, fishing. This is an outdoors lovers place! There is also good shopping and dining in Salt Lake and Park City.
Many beautiful National Parks are located in northern and southern Utah, Capital Reef, Zions, Arches, Lake Powell, Moab and many others wonderful outdoor spots are less than 5 hours drive.
Some of the best geneological and family history libraries and research facilities can be found at Brigham Young University in Provo (10 mins. away) or in Salt Lake City.
