Notre maison

Our home is a classic brick tudor built in 1929 and has been impeccably maintained. It has oddles of charm and is very lovely. We strive for casual elegance and have tried to create a home that is lovely to look at and comfortable to live in. There are two good sized bedrooms and an enormous bath and a small office on the second floor. On the main level is a large living room with baby grand piano and fireplace, a separate formal dining room, well appointed kitchen with breakfast nook, bath with shower and a den with a large tv and desk. You can access the lovely backyard through the kitchen. There is a nice sized patio, BBQ and trellis there - it is quite private even though you are in the city. The basement has two more bebrooms and a full bath. There is also a second refrigerator, freezer and laundry room on that level. You may also access the garage through the basement.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. My husband and I have four children ages 16 to 8. We are very active. We love being in our home and we love being out and about. We have no shortage of things to do. We water and snow ski. We love to be on the water and out hiking. The mountains here are so beautiful. I am in residential real estate and my husband is an estate attorney. We are very happy!

We live in an area called Montlake. It is close in to the city. There are two bus lines that will take you into the city. We are minutes to the shores of Lake Washington, Portage Bay and Lake Union. A few more minutes and you can be a Golden Gardens or other great beaches on the Puget Sound. We are next to The Arboretum - a beautiful park and just a few steps to another park called Interlaken. A few minutes away is University Village - a wonderful outdoor shopping where you can find just about anything. We are minutes to Fremont where they have the Fremont Market .... the list could go on and on! We are in one of the nicest areas of Seattle. It's beautiful!
