Beautiful WATER views from apt.; upscale resort area & neighborhood. Many public golf courses; endless shopping of all kinds. Rent a boat; fish from our dock; warm winters and hot summers. Theaters, movies, concerts nearby in City of Sarasota -15 minute drive. Tampa & Fort Meyers airports -one hour 15 min. drive; Sarasota airport 30 minutes. Oct. thru April best weather.
