Notre maison

We offer a beautiful and spacious vacation home on exclusive Longboat Key, Florida.
The kitchen and master bath were recently completely re-done with marble and granite counters and floors and all new appliances.
The beach is a 5 minute walk up the street. We are the 4th home off the bay. We have a heated pool. The home has fine furnishings. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master suite is approximately 500 sq.ft. with a sitting area, king size bed and exquisite large bathtub and separate marble shower in the bathroom. Two of the bedrooms sleep 3-4 and the guest has twin beds. We use the 5th bedroom as an extra tv room or bedroom. The yard has fruit trees and coconuts fall off the trees. We have a pinball machine and plenty of games for kids! We love every minute of vacation in Florida. FOR the seaman, we MIGHT consider the rental of our boat. You would have to prove your knowledge.
**********NOTE: for the right swap, we would consider our personal home north of Atlanta Georgia. We own a 65 acre horse farm. Our estate has a guest house, lake house, tennis court, pool and pool house, horse barn, riding ring and 4 lakes. The house has 7 bedrooms and 8 baths.

My husband is a retired business executive and I am a former media relations exec. We have made 12 (or more?) successful swaps! We spent five months travelling thru Europe home swapping. It was a great success. We are full-time parents trying to raise 5 "culturally" aware children. We have 14 year old twins; a boy and girl. AND 11 year old triplets; two girls and a boy.(Yes,5 children.) We want our American children to see the world and know the U.S. is just a little part of the big planet. We love animals, sports and education. We hope to live in a different country each summer; staying long enough to observe the people, the traditions and the culture. Longboat Key is an exclusive island off the coast of Sarasota, Florida. The island is about 1 mile wide with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Sarasota Bay on the other. The town of Sarasota has museums, shops, theatre and fine dining. The beach sand feels like powder in your toes. The beaches are private. There will be NO crowd. Homes in the neighborhood are all 1million dollar properties. If you are looking for crowds, Bradenton Beach is just over the bridge to the island. Deep Sea fishing is spectacular. Orlando is about 2 hours away.
