Notre maison

Our house is right in the middle of San Francisco on a quiet street but close to everything. It's half a block from a bus stop and an 8 minute walk to the Castro subway station (10 minutes to downtown). The 1800 sq foot house features wide open views of downtown SF. The massive master suite upstairs features a king size bed and a jetted tub, and there are queen size beds in the two guest bedrooms. A serene landscaped garden with deck is right off the main floor. Our car can be made available if required.

I'm Josh and my partner's name is Britton-- we're a gay couple in our 30's. I'm a visual artist and he's a writer/consultant. He speaks fluent Japanese and Spanish as well as some Thai. We have two friendly cats. We don't mind taking care of you pets.
We prefer central urban areas i.e. New York, Tokyo, Kyoto, Paris, Rome, Sydney, Miami. We're booked for 2006, but are considering exchanges for 2007. We would only be looking for 1-2 week exhanges, not longer.

We live on a charming, quiet tree-lined street. A cafe and a grocery store are 2 blocks away, and the always-happening Castro is a quick walk. We're halfway up one of San Francisco's famous hills, which means great views but a little bit of a climb to walk back to the house!
