Notre maison

Our house is a newly renovated, beautiful Victorian built just after the turn of the century. It has two huge bay windows in the front living room with a fireplace, gourmet kitchen, 3 quiet bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a huge claw foot tub) a mix of modern and classic furniture, and is extremely bright and sunny. There is a second living room in the back of the house which also has a fireplace and opens up onto a deck. We have a lovely garden patio with wisteria, bamboo and giant ferns, built in grill and dining area.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. I am in my 40s, an industrial designer, lover of art, architecture, cooking, and gardening. I live with my 10 year old son, Cesar. We moved from New York City 4 years ago for a temporary visit, fell in love with San Francisco and decided to stay. We bought this house 2 years ago after a very long search and feel super lucky to have found such a perfect home. I have been working as an independent consultant and would like to take the opportunity to travel a bit in the summers to expose Cesar to different cultures and languages.

The house is in a historic neighborhood- 1 block from San Francisco's famous "Painted Ladies" Victorian row and beautiful Alamo Square park. The park has a children's playground, public tennis court and amazing views of downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Hays Valley and Fillmore Street- two of the hippest shopping/ dining areas in the city. Public transportation is a block away and downtown is 15 minutes by car/ bus. The beach is 15 minutes and Marin 30 minutes/ Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino counties 1 hour by car. The street is quiet and filled with gorgeous Victorian homes.
