Notre maison

Our historic old town miner's cottage is filled with everything we loved about Park City. The house was built in 1885, and so now she is almost 125 years old. The original miner who built her was the town lamplighter and crier. The house is built looking over the town and mountains and you can see Park City Mountain resort. It faces West and enjoys the warm afternoon sun. You are walking distance to downtown, the restaurants are incredible and the shopping and nightlife a lot of fun. Kids can roam free and enjoy Cow's ice cream shop and Dolly's bookstore. Other than 3 ski resorts within minutes, there is also an indoor soccer field, indoor ice skaing rink, miles of cross country ski tracks and a city gym that has tennis courts, gym and all that. In the summer, there is world class mountain and road biking, fishing, boating and lots and lots of hiking.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. My name is Lynn and I am a semi-retired 45 year old lawyer with two teenagers, Zach 16 and Katie 14. We live part of the year in Austin where the kids go to school and the rest of the year in Park City. My partner Mike is also a semi-retired lawyer and a mad, mad biking nut. We travel a lot and are spending more time in New Zealand, France and Spain --- for the biking and the art. We are open to almost anything - as we love to see (and ride) new places - if the roads are smooth and the drivers are friendly.

Park City may have the best powder in the world, the best summers for outdoor sports of all kinds, and even Sundance Film Festival, but what we love is Park City's rich history and we hope anyone interested in a home exchange will come for this reason as well.

An International exchange in the summer might also consider a trip to Moab (only 4 hours drive). We have a condo there and it has the most beautiful natural beauty you will find anywhere on earth.

If you want to visit Texas, we also have a penthouse apartment near the University of Texas - small but cool.
