Come stay at the World's Most Beautiful Beaches where it's almost always sunny and warm! Our second home is actually two separate units that are a short stroll from the Gulf of Mexico in one direction and Grand Lagoon in the other. The upstairs unit has one bedroom with a king-size bed and small futon, a kitchen with dining area, a living area, a large bathroom with washer and dryer, and a large deck for watching our amazing sunsets. The downstairs unit has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a double and single bed, a kitchen, a living area with two double futons and bathroom with large shower. There are two televisions upstairs and two downstairs. There is wireless internet and cable television. There is also a large outdoor shower with hot & cold water, perfect for washing off sand and surf. Visit year round as the weather is beautiful and the people are friendly!
“This home exchange was our 3rd exchange. Our family of 4 experienced an amazing 12 days home exchange in July 2013. Their beautiful beach house, 5 minutes walk from the beach, is very clean and well equipped for all needs. Panama city beach is a great destination to enjoy white sand beaches, have fun and shop. “Exchanging homes with the Gambrell's was a wonderful experience! They are such a friendly, kind couple who we got to know before the exchange. Their beach house was in a great location, just a five minute walk to the gorgeous Gulf beach. It is a laid back area with lots of great restaurants, nightly entertainment, and many fun things for a family to do. The house itself was perfect for our family of four. It was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for our beach vacation. We look forward to exchanging with the Gambrells in the future!”
“Thank you Linda and Ron for your gracious hospitality! We had a very relaxing enjoyable stay in your bright, cheerful, clean, comfortable, well equipped beach house. We felt "at home" as soon as we arrived. The quiet neighborhood and off street parking was a plus. We appreciate all of your assistance and recommendations on restaurants and activities. Panama City Beach is a great vacation destination with a beautiful white sandy beach, many family oriented activities to choose from, several nice golf courses, marinas, boat tours and fresh seafood to delight the palate. Captain Anderson's Seafood is a must! A wonderful view of the marina and fishing fleet compliments the fine food. Gulf World Marine Park is another highlight. We highly recommend this lovely beach house and location. It was a pleasure to work with Linda. My husband and I bought this beach house after vacationing on Panama City Beach with our children and grandchildren and it has been more fun than we had even imagined. Ron is a retired Florida Highway Patrol District Commander and I am a retired school teacher. We like to think of ourselves as a fun and easy-going couple and we are excited about the possibility of traveling to new places through home exchange. We had two wonderful home exchange experiences summer of '08 and one in '09. One in CO, one in South Florida and one in Paris! Our Oct 2010 exchange in San Antonio, TX was amazing with perfect weather! Branson, MO was a delightful place with super accommodations! New Orleans speaks for itself! This year we had a great exchange in St George, Utah and in Myrtle Beach, SC. We're currently planning our 2013 trips to Virginia and Montreal.

Our beach is known for its 27 miles of silky white-sand that borders the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. Relax at one of our seafood restaurants or beach front nightclubs. Adults as well as kids will enjoy Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, and the various amusement park rides. Shop and dine at Pier Park, fish from the pier, and enjoy the many activities that go on there.
