And the beauty is you are 3 minutes drive from the Turnpike that leads to all the Disney parks 23miles away (30 mins) so you get the best of both worlds! If you don't want parks you can play on the lake all day and visit the beach or fresh spring rivers less than 45mins.

FLEXIBLE WORLD TRAVELLER'S
Bob and I are keen scuba divers and motor bikers in our late 40,s......we came from the U.K. to live the American Dream here in Florida three years ago, and we are very house proud! It took us a long time to find this house and we have completely gutted and remodeled it with a few more projects to finish it.
But the lifestyle here has gone beyond our wildest dreams.... But we need to go visit our family AND FRIENDS. and still love travelling anywhere we can get So Swopping for UK and Europe and world will be great !!!!!.

Wonderful "Older" Community with full live oak trees and gardens all homes are very well spaced out with half an acre to each.
5 minutes to local shops 1 mile to to a wonderful specially made Bike trail where you can Cycle, Roller Blade or Jog through open countryside.

We absolutely love this neighborhood and a very well kept secret after living here and remodelling the house for two years.
We feel this is paradise for us and the Real Florida but only MINUTES to all the WONDERFUL THEME PARKS AND FABULOUS SHOPPING MALLS!!!!!!!!!!
