Notre maison

We built this house in the summer of 2019 and moved in early fall. It is a two-story single-family home with a beautiful, modern kitchen. A half bath, dining room, and living room or downstairs, and there are three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The master has a king bed, the nursery has a crib, and the guest room has a queen bed.

My husband and I married in December of 2016 and are sharing the space now with each other and our precious son. We also have an indoor pet, but he will not be here during any exchanges! We enjoy sharing our home with guests from around the world!

We are in a subdivision called Mixson, which is close to everything. You can walk to a market for coffee or snacks. We also have a restaurant which is walkable. We are close to downtown and the beaches as well as the plantations. Everything is within a 30 minute drive.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. "Charleston born and Charleston bred and when I die I'll be Charleston dead." I was born and raised here, but I've lived and traveled all over. I moved home from China in 2016, got married, and now have a little baby boy. In our first family home, we were featured on HGTV's House Hunters, which airs still all over the world. We are Now living in the same neighborhood, but have more space and more amenities!

I work alongside a global home based business after teaching and traveling internationally for the past 20 plus years. I'm 36 and my husband is 37. He manages properties here in Charleston.

We are looking to travel more, so that I can show both my husband and the baby the world. I believe it's incredibly important to be exposed to many cultures and to experience all the world has to offer.

  2. I am an English teacher and my husband manages an event space.

  3. I love travel, and I've decorated the house to reflect much of my time in Europe and Asia. The house is three bedrooms and two and a half baths, and has an open kitchen, living room and dining room. We are just a short walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops, and a 15 minute drive to the historic city of Charleston, SC. We are also 15-20 minutes from the beaches and plantations!

Park Circle is THE up and coming area in Charleston. With restaurants, bars and shops within just a mile walking distance, it's a perfect location to feel at home in a quiet neighborhood, but near one of the best areas in town. North Charleston is a 15 minute drive from anywhere. Located between I26 and 526, one can conveniently leave the house and drive to plantations, the historic district, beaches, or anything else one might desire while vacationing here in Charleston.
