Notre maison

Our building: The Julliard Built in 1881, the building is named after the dry goods merchant and philanthropist Augustus Julliard who owned the buildings and were used as storage. He endowed the Juilliard School of Music, which is now part of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Connected by a lobby, the five loft buildings at 18 Leonard Street between Hudson Street and West Broadway were expanded and converted to condominium apartments in 2000.

Our home; We have a generous 2 bedroom apartment that is approximately 2200 square feet. All modern and new appliances. Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Washer/dryer in the apartment. We have bicycles for you to use to tour the city. Downstairs in our building is a children's playroom which has toys and games for all ages. There is also a full gym in the basement. The neighborhood is extremely safe and all of our neighbors are friendly.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a family of 4-with 2 boys ages 15 and 18. We love to travel and sometimes bring along my parents. I (Caroline) work in the finance industry in marketing and my husband Cary works in the communications industry. We are a very social and sports involved family. We live in what we feel is the best neighborhood in Manhattan!. We are very respectful and would take care of your home as we would our own.

We live in downtown Manhattan, the neighborhood is TriBeCa: Triangle Below Canal street. It borders or is a short walk to Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, and Battery Park. We are also walking distance from Greeenwich Village, The Financial Center, Lower East Side, East Village and the South Street seaport. The neighborhood is extremely safe and all of our neighbors are friendly. There are excellent restaurants, great parks, full service grocery stores nearby. We are near to most of the major subway lines and are closer to the west side than east. There are parks and sports facilities nearby for both exercise and relaxation.
