Notre maison

Large family room/kitchen/dining area. Stainless appliances including convection oven and warming drawer. Also has a separate living room and dining room plus furnished covered lanai area. 18x33 foot pool with a child safety fence if needed. Split floor plan with master overlooking lanai area. Beautiful bathrooms with whirlpool tub and separate large walk in shower in master. We also own the house next door that is a 3/2/2 car garage without a pool if that is more desirable.

We are a family of 5 with children ages 13, 11, and 9. We do have pets who are part of the family and are very well behaved. We are moving to Steamboat Springs, Colorado and want to live in the area before purchasing a home. My husband previously owned a commercial cleaning company and we will leave your home as clean or cleaner than we find it. We do have family in Steamboat who can give personal references if needed.
