Notre maison

We have an exceptional 3 bedroom condo on the beach in the monterey/carmel area. The condo is aprox.1635sq. ft. The design is contempory yet elegant. The kitchen has a subzero refrigerator, dacor oven and microwave, boshe dishwasher all stainless steel. There are two outside patio's in this two story condo. The third bedroom has been converted to a den but has a queen sofa bed. It has sweeping views of the Monterey bay.

We are a proffesional couple who love to travel. We have visited Paris many times but have never exchanged our condo which is our second home.We have never visited Lisbon. We are arriving in Lisbon on december 26th 2008 ,staying 5 nights and leaving for Paris 12/31/08 thru 01/04/09.We are interested in an exchange in the city of Lisbon or Paris during these dates. The exchange does not need to be simultanious and you may certainly stay longer as our time is brief in each location

The Monterey/Carmel area is the home of many destination resorts including the Lodge at Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay.We have terrific restaurants and a dramatic coastline. Big Sur is about 25 minutes away. It is about 2 hours drive/25 minutes plane to San Francisco, which makes day tripping easy. The Monterey airport is 5 minutes from the condo and the most direct connection to it is San francisco or L.A.
