Four beds on charming, sunny island

We own a second home on Martha's Vineyard, an island off of the coast of Massachusetts. It is a spacious and airy home with four bedrooms, a modern kitchen, dining and family room, as well as three full baths, one half bath, and an outside shower. We have a pretty deck overlooking the backyard as well as a front porch for sitting and drinking morning coffee. The house is rather new, built only ten years ago, but was styled to fit the charm of its surroundings and built with Victorian architecture and nautical accents. The basement is finished and provides a large playroom for children as well as a washer/dryer. The master suite contains a sitting room/office with a printer/fax machine and a master bathroom with a mural of one of the beaches closest to our home. We live on a quiet dirt road within a five minute walk to town and a three minute walk to the beach.
