Notre maison

Our home is a single family house with a gorgeous backyard on a quiet street 5 minutes walking distance from shops, markets and restaurants. The home is central to all tourist sights in Los Angeles.
The house has a large living room / play area for children, family room, connected dining room, breakfast area, fantastic fireplace, indoor grill (that we use often), central air conditioning and heating.

Outdoors is a very pretty patio dining area that looks out over the landscaped yard, sunning areas, large jacuzzi, surround speakers and lots of green. Very private - only one house borders any of our property lines.

There is a housekeeper (who is also our children's nanny) who can come as you prefer. She does laundry, changes the bedding and anything else that is required. We have gardeners who tend the trees and garden weekly and a spa man who comes every week so there will be no work for you!

The house is in the best possible shape and has a regular handyman who attends to any problems.

Our street has very little traffic and it is very peaceful and quiet. There are lots of trees and flowers in the neighborhood and all of the houses in the neighborhood are very well maintained. We know everyone on our street by first name. We are 5 minutes walk from coffee houses, upscale shops, a great supermarket and many, many restaurants and a bus line that goes to a metro stop 10 minutes away. We are 17 minutes drive to Beverly Hills thru the mountain canyon and 9 minutes to the center of Hollywood! You can't beat this location! Many consider Studio City to be one of the most ideally-located to reach all other parts of Los Angeles!
