Located in Laguna Beach, a hillside artist colony set against a rim of mountains like half a salad bowl with a real eclectic mix of houses rising up the ridges and valleys. More than a few celebrities hide up there. The views from the top are breathtaking and the beach sunsets behind Catalina Island just classic California groove, this place has a great vibe. We live where storybook cottages line the streets, a few blocks up from some of the best beaches in Southern California, some cozy surrounded by bluffs, some long and flat. Great surfing, snorkeling, volleyball, bodyboarding, walking distance to restaurants, a great neighborhood to stroll the streets.
