Notre maison

Our house is located in a beautiful gated community minutes from the beach. Step out the back door and into the pool while watching the osprey fly overhead. The floor plan is open and elegant with windows and doors letting the nature in. 22ft, two floor entry way and Greatroom accent the grandure of this home. The gourmet kitchen is a cooks delight, and designed for entertainment as it opens into the greatroom where you'll view the 52" plasma TV. Master suite is located on the first floor, and the three other bedrooms are located on the second floor.

I am Kathleen and my husband is John. We are originally from NY and moved here 5 years ago. We own our own insurance business. Our two boys ages 9 and 11 travel with us around the world to the finest hotels and restaurants and are very well behaved.

Ponte Vedra is a hidden jewel! You'll be sure to hear people that live here say "just another day in paradise!" You will have access to beaches,tennis,sporting events,concerts,symphony,museums, boating, jet skiing hiking,canoeing,spas,golf,biking,fishing you name it and we have it. We are in a great location if you'd like to explore some of our neighboring cities. Historical St. Augustine is just 20 minutes away, Orlando and Disney is 2 1/2 hrs, Savannah 2 1/2 hrs. Charleston is about 4hrs. Our average temperature is 64 dgrees(F) in Jan. 87-89 degrees(F) in June and July. Jacksonville Beach just 5 minutes away and they have out door theater with concerts or a movie weekly in the summer. 20 minutes and you are in downtown Jacksonville, or trendy San Marco.great little restaurants. 30 minutes in the other direction and you are at over 200 outlet stores, or if your prefer to stay closer to the house there is a new out door mall with great designer stores. Home to many celebrity golfers,tennis pros,and football players it is the kind of place people go to relax and be comfortably casual.
