Notre maison

Well furnished comfortable condo located less than 2 miles from the Sanibel/ Captiva Island causeway. Small complex with 10 buildings and 100 units. Unit is located on the second level, is bright and airy with an east west orientation. Friendly complex that provides pool and tennis on the grounds. MB with queen and ensuite shower/bath. Guest bedroom with second full bath. Open kitchen dining living to screened balcony. Manager lives on the property and will be happy to take care of problems if they arise.

Cathy and Joe are both semi retired and very active. We love to travel and meet new people. Our schedules are flexible. We are not regulated to travel during high season. Would actually prefer off season travel in order to meet the people of the area. Although we would usually be a party of 2, on occation,we might be a party of 4 as we sometimes travel with another couple or our grown daughter and her husband if their schedules fit the trip.
Since this is a second home, we do not have to be traveling at the time you might desire the property. We have rented villas and homes in the past and treat them as our own leaving these properties in top condition. References to this can be provided.

Close to everything, yet removed from the hussle and bussle of a busy city. Any water sport, swimming in the Gulf or great fishing is minutes away. Golf course located across the road and many more in in close proximaty. Shopping and entertainment only a short drive away. The beautiful islands of Sanibel and Cpativa as well as Fort Myers beach and Fort Myers City which are all within minutes, provide and abundance of entertainment, restaurants, galleries and Arts. A 3 hour drive to Disney Resort or Sea World.
