Notre maison

This just remodeled apartment is located in the Laver's Delray Racquet Club. The beautiful American kitchen (granite counter tops with all the amenities and a laundry room) opens on the spacious living room with its shaded balcony where you can enjoy your meals. Each of the two bedrooms ( one with a queen size, the other with 2 twin beds) has its own bathroom. The entire floor is tiled. As this is a second home we are open for deferred exchange

We are Charles and Claudine. I retired recently as an airline captain and we have two children. Our son is an architect and our daughter just graduated in biology at Florida Atlantic University. We usually go boating during the summer months and the rest of the year we enjoy traveling, going to the movies,the theater or just hanging out with friends and have good food. As we are French we love going back to Europe and take our time to visit countries we don't know yet or know little.

The Condominium is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly and easygoing. There are 35 clay tennis courts and two beautiful swimming pools. You are 1.5 km from one of the nicest beaches of the gold coast with all the water activities available. Shopping centers, cinemas and restaurants are within walking distance but a car is recommended to explore all the area has to offer.
