Notre maison

Our 4 BR 2.5 bath home rests in a quiet cul-de-sac with swimming, tennis, sidewalks, swim parties, etc.

We have a game room complete with a pool table. Our 'leather room' is where our large screen TV and leather funiture is kept. The Master BR has a jetted garden tub and separate shower. No need sharing our double sinks! Another full bath is upstairs as well. The dining room has a bay window with a wide view of the backyard and deck.

I relax by sitting on the spacious deck(with copious seating) overlooking a large backyard with trees, hammock, and swing, with a bridge leading over to an open area. The area between the house and bridge is enclosed by a white picket fence.

We have a new mall, literally, right down the street. We are within 4 hours of mountains and the ocean. NASCAR races fill the area twice a year at least, with concurrent festivities such as SpeedStreet. The Wachovia Championship golf Tournament is held here in the spring.

Lake Norman is the closest of the area's lakes. One may either relax on a sandbar or go skiing, wake boarding, etc.
Charlotte and surrounding areas have sandvolley ball courts abound, with a wide choice of restaurants and night life.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. Kevin travels quite frequently with his business, and I (Kris) am in medicine. I try to accompany him when my schedule allows. We both have a teenaged daughters, 17 and 18 y/o, who may or may not be traveling with us.

We love traveling and are interested in short trips, or longer if conincides with Kevin's work. Both in our 40s, we are looking for places to move to after the girls are off to college next year. what better way to do it, than become immersed in an area. Staying in a hotel does not allow for a real opportunity to do this.

We love sports, history, reading, hiking, boating. I just recently went snorkeling for the first time and LOVED it !!

We have not done home exchange before, but I have finally talked him into it... Help me prove to him that this is safe, fun, and the only way to travel!!!

The are we live in is a great central control area. Charlotte proper within a ten minute drive. This affords you a nice evening on the town for the symphony, plays, museums, gardens etc. An amusement park is close enough for us to have season passes.

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac, with great neighbors! Many families with children of all ages. Our teenage daughters(17&18) either babysit them, or hang with them. Also, we are in the planning stages of having a skate board area being built.
