Notre maison

Our "low country" cottage is situated on the seventh hole of the world famous Ocean Winds golf course. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, it has three bedrooms (queen, full, 2 twin) and two baths. A large furnished screened-in porch affords many relaxing hours reading or watching the "duffers". It will accommodate a maximum of six comfortably. No smoking, no pets please.

A distinct part of the appeal of Seabrook Island is its proximity to its nearby neighbor - the enchanting city of Charleston. Less than 30 minutes away, visitors can experience the time-honored city's rich traditions and warm hospitality. Tour elegant antebellum homes and museums. Explore the art and culture of quaint streets lined with magnificent mansions and discover area plantations with their world-famous gar.

Priscilla (retired from city government at the executive level) and Ed (retired from J&J as a plant manager) have had numerous exchanges - four to France, three last year across the USA. Our cottage is a second home, and we prefer to exchange with like kind. We take very good care of our home, as we would yours. We do not smoke, nor do we travel with children or pets. Our home is smoke and pet free. Currently we are interested in the American West - a working cattle ranch. We will consider any offer, anywhere!

Two highly rated 18- hole golf courses weave through the lush woodland landscape, and only Seabrook offers its famous Equestrian Center with three miles of spectral riding trails through the island and on the beach. For ocean lovers there are sunset cruises and boat rentals for in-shore and deep-sea fishing excursions. Seabrook has reserved and protected its pristine two and a half mile long beach facing the sparkling Atlantic. Spend your days swimming, shelling, fishing, jogging or simply walking the island's breathtaking shoreline - day or night. And don't forget to join the "locals" on sunset pier every evening for a spectacular sight!
