Notre maison

We live in a big beautiful on bedroom apartment on the first floor of an apartment building in Ditmas Park Brooklyn one and a half blocks from the subway. There is a double bed, a living room a separate kitchen. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout. It is private and airy and very quiet. There is a laundry room in the basement

Hi, our names are Sarah and Glenn. We are both teachers, looking for opportunities to travel on school holidays. Sarah has lived in Korea, and travelled in Asia, Europe, and South America. Her family did home exchanges when she was young, and she loved it. She has done three home exchanges as an adult, all of which have been huge successes. Glenn is new to home exchange, but is eager to try it out.

Ditmas Park is a very diverse neighborhood, located a quick subway ride from Manhattan. The Q train is one and a half blocks from my apartment and the 2, 5, F, and G trains are a 10 minute walk. Within a ten minute walk from the apartment you will also find supermarkets, a farmers market open every Sunday, pharmacies, and a variety of banks. The neighborhood is also a great place to eat. You will be able to walk to excellent and affordable restaurants including: Middle Eastern, Phillipino, Mexican, Italian, and Farm-to-Table as well as a number of bars and pubs.
