Notre maison

Our home is a charming, new, cozy, Victorian style house (not big) located 45 minutes from Aspen & 30 minutes from Snowmass. You come here to ski, snowboard, rafting, hike, horseback riding, fish, snowmobile, and to enjoy the overall beauty of the Roaring Fork valley and views of mount Sopris everywhere you look! With easy access to everything, and use of our suv and snowmobile, life here is good! Located in Glenwood springs, famous for the hot springs pool(great for soaking in the wintertime...better than a hot tub).

We recently moved here from Asheville, NC., to be near our son and his new wife and to enjoy the incredible beauty of the area. (Yes, we're hoping for grandchildren, soon!) My husband is a landscape architect (see the website) and I am a home stylist (prepare homes for sale).
We are fun loving, honest, and adventurous. I am 57 and Hubby is 59. We have been married for 37 years! We are looking for a home exchange in December, January or February. Due to my knee replacement, there will be no skiing this winter, so we would like to find a place to exchange for 3-4 weeks and would consider anyplace Hubby can fish and I can relax. Thanks!

This is a neighborhood of like houses! Everyone is incredibly nice with medium income. Living here is rather more like condo living, as opposed to single family. Lots of kids as well as retired...a nice mix. The area is incredibly beautiful....with easy access to everything on hwy 82 to Aspen or hwy 70 to Vail. Denver is 3 -4 hours drive, depending on weather. Fishing on the roaring Fork, Colorado or Frying pan rivers is world famous (Hubby is avid flyfisherman) and
son was a fly fishing guide..still has boat and could be available for trips. (Lives 20 minutes away). Of course for the women...there's the shopping in Aspen (start saving now!)
