Notre maison

Friendly Woods is the name of our vacation home. You'll enjoy the beauty around you but also be delighted at how convenient this location is to downtown Weaverville (5-minutes) and Asheville (15-minutes). Fully equipped, 400 SF kitchen w/gas fireplace, skylights and antique stained glass. Linens provided. Near the Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy bird and squirrel watching from front or back deck or front porch swing. Bottom floor has 1-queen BR, bathroom, laundry room and den. Top floor has 1-queen BR, 1-full BR, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen. Convenient paved drive to both levels of the house.

  1. We are Donnie and Jennifer (46 and 40)and we have one 13-yr old son. We've never home exchanged before but are very excited about the idea. I became interested in home exchange after reading Maeve Binchy's Tara Road. We lived in Banbury, England for 3 years before our son was born and have always wanted the opportunity to bring him and visit some of our old favorite places. We're also open to new places to visit even here in the US.
