Spacious luxury condo just across the Potomac River from Washington DC

“We have just returned from Patricia and Jim's lovely apartment, having had a really good and fascinating holiday. Patricia is an experienced organizer of home exchanges and it has been a pleasure to deal with her over the last few months. The exchange went faultlessly. The apartment is very comfortable and has every convenience, including a pool, which was a great way to relax after a day's sightseeing. (The gym is very well equipped if you are more energetic than we are!) The view from the apartment is spectacular and there is a balcony for sitting out. It is a ten minute walk at most to a variety of shops, restaurants and the Metro, which quickly takes you into central Washington. I would highly recommend exchanging with Patricia and Jim. They left our house spotless, and took great care of it. Our only regret is that we didn't meet them.”

“We spent two weeks in the spacious condo of Patrica and Jim near Washington, D.C. Our exchange was perfect. When organizing the exchange, all questions were answered promptly and in detail. When we arrived, the condo was spotlessly clean - with very good instructions about everything - three pages - to help us get started. The location of the condo is excellent. There is a very nice mall and the METRO station just a short walk away. If you want to visit Washington and see what it has to offer (which is plenty), do not hesitate to contact Patricia.
