Notre maison

The coach house is a lovely detached period three bedroomed property dating from approx 1837 and is within the grounds of our own home which is a Grade II listed period property also dating from 1837. The whole estate covers 25 acres of its own land. It is located on the edge of a conservation village.

  1. We are a professional middle aged couple each with our own businesses. Both businesses are related to property/real estate.

    We enjoy a good standard of living. We enjoy the countryside and also city life visiting galleries, places of interest and theatres.





The property is ideally situated in Central England. The historical village has a number of good eating establishments and traditional village pubs. It is a tranquil and quaint village. To the North is the beautiful Peak District (National Park) and Sherwood Forest famous for its connections with Robin Hood is a 45 min drive away. Also there is Alton Towers(Britains own theme park) 15 mins drive. The major cities of Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby are close at hand for shopping, theatres and entertainment. There is a train station with a direct line to London. There are a number of National Trust properties and Castles within the vicinity.
