Notre maison

Our house was built in local natural stone in 2010, in a beautiful old village called Chew Magna, between Bristol (10 miles) and Bath (15 miles)close to the South West coast of England. It is a luxury, high specification property with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has underfloor heating, an integrated sound system operated by remote control, with a heat recovery system, electric gates, and security alarm. It has been tastefully decorated with an amazing master suite with it's own dressing room, balcony and en-suite wet room which has a jacuzzi bath, bidet, wall hung WC and twin basins with underfloor heating, and built in TV. There are a further three bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and utility room. The house overlooks fields and countryside on the edge of the village, with views to the village church, and is very quiet, yet within walking distance of the heart of the village.

There is a private patio and decking area, a lovely gazebo with seating in the split level garden which runs down to a seasonal stream. There is parking for several cars and a double garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated microwave, red and white wine coolers/warmers, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, granite worktops and matching utility for the laundry appliances plus another fridge/freezer.

There is telephone and WIFI. Cleaning and Gardening can be arranged.

We do have a cat which lives outside during the Spring/summer and just needs water and dried food once a day. However if not a cat person she can go on holidays to our Daughters.
