Notre maison

A detached traditional Cotswold family home that has been the subject of a stylish refurbishment program. Situated in a NO Through Road with 7 other homes with a lake on one side of the road, which then wraps around to the side. The house is approached by a flint driveway and an oak door leads to a large open plan reception hall/dining room, with the stairs leading to the 1st floor, doorways leading to a downstairs toilet and wash room, social kitchen space with a separate utility room, play and garden rooms. There are French doors leading to the living /sitting room which has BOSE 5.1home cinema, Large Plasma Freeview/Satellite TV, Blu Ray / PS3, Wii. Bi Fold doors open the rear of the house up onto the wrap around decking and garden where a Hot Tub is situated amongst Bamboos, Tree Ferns and Palms.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 have full size single beds and the main has a super king size bed. There is a large family bathroom with WC, basin, a free standing roll top bath and a separate enclosed shower cubicle.
There is separate outside lighting to all 4 sides of the house.
We have a secure enclosure at the bottom of the garden which houses our gorgeous purebred bantam chickens. We can arrange for someone to come in and clean & feed them, but you are more than welcome to help yourself to the daily fresh eggs.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are Trish and Tony, a married couple with two small children aged 6 & 7. We both have long & varied careers within the British Police Service. We have now reached an age when we would like to see a bit of the world, especially whilst the children are still young enough to go where we tell them! We have never done a home exchange before but feel it is a fantastic way of meeting new people and experience life within other cultures. We are a fun family and love our creature comforts! We love and value our home and are quite particular when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness! Be assured that any house we are lucky enough to spend time in will be treated with the utmost respect! We both are keen gardeners and have carefully planned our living and outside areas with sociability in mind! We believe that our lovely home will appeal to both couples and families where style and comfort is high on their list of priorities.
