Notre maison

Colorful and cozy flat on the 1st floor of a quiet building in a residential neighborhood. It is ideal for couples, or couples with a small child or two.
The place is very family friendly and with all the facilities (we have everything for infants like baby bed, chair, bath as well as toys and books also for older kids).
The apartment has a living room with a dining table for 4-6 people, modern kitchen with all appliances and two bedrooms: one double room with double bed and one single room with baby bed. Extra bed/matrass can be added for another child. We have Wi-Fi, cable TV and Italian/Russian/Spanish channels.
Parking space available if necessary.

Downstairs we have a communal garden with the picnic area, table and barbeque space. We live in a gated estate and just opposite the house is a big park with beautiful blossoming gardens, tennis court, hills for walking and big playground for kids. The surroundings are so peaceful with the birds singing that sometimes you don’t feel like you are in London, especially when you meet foxes and squirrels on the way back home.

Saying that the area is very well connected to the whole London. The flat is located in lovely Streatham, close to lively Brixton and Clapham areas. The area is surrounded by parks where we love spending our family time – walking, cycling, feeding ducks and enjoying lunches outside.
We are 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop ( it is just opposite the estate), 10 mins walk to the nearest shops and 4 bus stops away from our bustling high street with plentiful of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Short train ride and you are in Victoria/Richmond/London bridge/City

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a family of three: Karina – from Estonia, Danilo - from Italy and our three years old son who already travelled a lot and is always excited to go somewhere new.

  2. We own a small business in communication systems. We love travelling and exploring and prefer staying longer at the place to see how the real life in the city feels like rather than tourist rush. Last year we swapped homes with a lovely family from Barcelona and found this experience extremely positive.

  3. We have been living in London for almost 20 years and know every tasty corner of the city. We are very passionate about new openings, events and gastronomy so do ask us for any recommendations. We live in a very nice vibrant area and especially in the summer it is always something going on – plentiful events for families, open air concerts and cinemas, farmers markets, music and art events. We have a very strong community and you will definitely feel part of it once you get to know the place. Plenty of things to try and explore around.
