Notre maison

Our first-floor Victorian flat is one of five that has been converted from a large Victorian house. It has a spacious master bedroom with a brand new kitchen and bathroom with all mod-cons, and a smaller second bedroom (also with a double bed). We moved in just over a year ago and have redecorated throughout - we are very proud of our handiwork and love living in our first home. The living room is large, with two sofas (one which is a sofa-bed), TV with cable and a small study area. We have high-speed wireless broadband available for your use.

The flat has gorgeous views over Peckham Rye park and is conveniently located for access to central London (we are in Zone 2, approximately 10 minutes on the train to London Bridge and Victoria).

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a young couple in our late 20s. Abby is a primary school teacher and Rich is a trainee doctor, entering his final year of study. As part of his course Rich gets to spend a period of time working at a hospital abroad and has been offered a placement at Tauranga Hospital. This coincides with Abby's summer holidays so we are very lucky to be able to spend four weeks in Tauranga.

We are both very active people, enjoying golf, tennis, netball and rugby and can't wait to experience the great outdoors of New Zealand!

We have not done a home exchange before but it has been highly recommended to us by friends and we are really looking forward to the adventure!

East Dulwich is a thriving and popular South London area. It has many excellent restaurants, bars and shops with a local market every Saturday. It has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and has a special "village" feel for somewhere so close to central London. There are several gorgeous parks nearby, with Peckham Rye park being literally on our doorstep.

Being situated in South London makes other attractive locations outside of London easily reachable. These include Surrey, Kent and Sussex and it would be possible to get to the beach in an hour!
