  1. My partner and I are a young professional couple in our late 20s/early 30s. I'm a barrister (lawyer) and my partner is a A&E (ER) nurse. As I hope our occupations suggest we are a responsible couple and will treat your home with respect. We enjoy travelling when able to get away. The exchange property is our city pad. We have exchanged successfuly twice before - once in Sydney, Australia and once in Wales. We also let the property on a corporate / holiday lets and so are used to guests staying at the property and ensure that it is suitably kitted out. Given it is a second home we are more than happy for non-simulataneous exchange.





Immediately adjacent both to the River Mersey and Liverpool Marina, in a quiet location yet ideally sited for all Liverpool's attractions. Within 5-10 minutes walk of the Pier Head, the Liverpool Echo Arena/BT Conference Centre, the Albert Dock and the new vast Liverpool One shopping centre. 20 minutes walk to the city centre, yet the peace and quiet of the marina area. Located right in the centre of the commercial and cultural hub that is England's North West, getting to Liverpool is simple and quick, especially since we're so well served by air, rail, coach, sea and road.
