Notre maison

We have an unusual house of wooden structure and cladding. Warm in winter and cool in summer. It is very light with spacious well-proportioned rooms.
We have very large garden which is south facing and gets lots of sun
We love books and you will find books in almost every room.
Next door to us is a bungalow of similar design which we own and let on a long lease to very nice people.

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. Our names are Dennis and Marilyn. We are 67 and 63 respectively. Both retired. Dennis was a paediatrician and I was a nurse. We have five sons aged between 40 and 23.
We love travelling and hope to come to Australia this year.
We are both Roaman Catholics and Dennis belongs to the Catenian Society ad the Rotary Club.
We both play golf and there are several golf clubs around here. We would be happy for golfers to use our clubs and could arrange for them to play at our own club.

Localisation

Quartier

We live in a small village which is on the local bus route to King's Lynn. The bus stops almost outside the door. The village has a shop, garage. two butchers, one with a delicatessen and a school (next door to house, a first school) and a church.
We are close to Sandringham, the Queen's royal estate and not far from the North Norfolk Coast. The area is ideal for bird watching, walking and site seeing.
The train from King's Lynn takes an hour to Cambridge and forty minutes to Ely, both interesting cities. it is an easy drive to Norwich and Peterborough.
