The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is another hall bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double sofabed to offer. The flat benefits from a terrace overlooking 3 acres of communal gardens and if necessary, I can offer a parking space (and possibly a car).

En savoir plus sur nous

  1. I am an American who has lived in the UK over 30 years. I have my own relocation/property rental business in London. One of my daughters is getting married in the Sonoma area of California in August 2012 and I would ideally like to find a house there for the duration of the wedding (August 10th-17th or thereabouts).

I am travelling to San Francisco - and the Healdsburg/Windsor area - at the end of October 2012. so if required, would be happy to meet any prospective exchangers at that time.

Because I have quite a few friends attending the wedding next year - and need further accomodation - I could also consider offering an additional property that I own, in exchange for either a large house or 2 properties in the Healdsburg area.

My apartment is located near Hampstead Village, known for its cafes and the Heath, a vast parkland. Hampstead is north of Regents Park and the famous Baker Street (Sherlock Holmes and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum) areas of London. Within walking distance is the world famous Freud Museum, Burgh House (a local museum), Fenton House (a museum of antique instruments) and Keats House (where the poet composed 'Ode to a Nightingale'). Various buses are within a one minute walk and they take you directly to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, and the theatre district. Within an 8 minute walk are two of the best underground lines, so all areas of town are easily accessible. There is lots to do in the immediate area (gastro pubs, Hampstead Heath, walking tours, and excellent food shopping - including farmers markets and 2 large supermarkets- very nearby) and you will find you are spoilt for choice!
