Characterful and comfortable 18th century house set in a quiet and charming village, in the middle of the countryside but 20 minutes from the cathedral city of Canterbury, which has a fast train (50 minutes) to London.

  1. I am a retired practice counsellor (therapist in a doctors' surgery). I am fortunate to enjoy an active retirement, physically socially and culturally.
    I love my house very much, and feel so lucky to live in it. It is special. My garden is big. A gardener will be looking after it if you come and stay here. I have lovely neighbours, and it is a friendly village. Beautiful walks round and about. London is only 50 minutes by train from Canterbury (20 minutes by car from here)





A delightful little village tucked away the foothills of the North Downs, but only 20 minutes by car from the ancient cathedral city of Canterbury, from where there is a regular, fast (50 minutes) train service to London.
Beautiful walking country.
Ferry and Channel Tunnel to the continent 30 minutes drive away.
Village pub, with food.

Small supermarket 2 miles away
Canterbury cathedral, White Cliffs of Dover, coastal path
Plenty. Long distance path North Downs Way 15 mins away
