The apartment is very bright. There are two bedrooms with double bed, the bigger one also has access to the wide terrace. There is a couch bed in the living room. The kitchen is furnished. There is optical fiber wifi and an Apple TV with a projector.
The city center of St. Gallen is reachable in 5/10 minutes by bus and the Lake Constance in 15 minutes by car or half am hour by bus. It takes one hour by car (or train) to get to Zurich.
The Old Town of St. Gallen is very peculiar and it hosts the Abbey Library, one of the world's oldest and nicest libraries, and the Abbey Cathedral, both declared World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO. There are various museums; for example the textile museum, the natural museum, and the art museum. You can have great walks and hikes in the city parks, for example the botanical garden and the Peter and Paul wildlife park, on the hills and mountains just outside the city, and, of course, around the Lake Constance.
The area is strategic because it's close to Germany, Austria, and Liechtenstein.
We're a couple with an 18-year old daughter, a 16-year old and a 13-year old sons.
We love vegan food and small cafés.
