Notre maison
Our home consists of 148 M2 of living area and 98 M2 of Terrace, 35 M2 which is covered with polygal a bar, 8 bar stools and a dart board. We have 3 bedrooms but one is used as an office with internet etc. The other two bedrooms have double beds and a cot. Two mountain bikes are available as well as a possible car exchange. All rooms have aircons and ceiling fans, most of the time aircon is not required as a sea breeze blows most of the time. Maid service is available for $12 a day. The condo comes with all the usual amenities such as pool, gym etc.

We are Monique and Patrick, a married couple with one 10 month old daughter. We are both working from home as online traders and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the Panama.
