Notre maison

This architecturally designed 60s house has magnificent views over Wellington's South Coast from a hillside of the popular city suburb Island Bay.

The house has a huge living room with a data projector/screen for home cinema, many shelves of books and a desktop imac! There's a large kitchen with dishwasher drawers, as well as separate dining. Three large bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, a deck for barbecues, and a double garage with a spacious car for potential car swap. Please note that, typically for Wellington homes, there is a "walkup" of several flights of steps so no disabled access.

Melinda is recently mother to Charlotte, born in June, and before that was an English language teacher. Alan is an academic in the field of migration. We lived in Oxford from 2005-2011 and are returning next year for Alan's work. We would ideally like to home-swap from mid-April to mid-June, but are open to a shorter period.
