Notre maison

Sunny three bed roomed house plus sleep out (extra self-contained double bed-room in the garden), 1 and a half bathrooms and spa pool with double garage and work shop. We have several bikes, kayaks, the use of a camper van and car could also be negotiated. There is a café nearby and the town of Foxton (5 kms bike ride away) has supermarket etc Foxton Beach enjoys a micro climate, which means you can harvest home grown produce/tomatoes all year. It is set on the Manawatu Estuary in Horowhenua about 1 ½ hours from the capital city of Wellington and set in the world renowned wet land which has the status of a world heritage site because of its rare natural habitat for threatened species of birds. We are John and Jeannie, John working at Massey university and seeking an exchange of a house or flat in the Warwick/ Coventry area. Our time scales can be flexible from Mid April 2012 until mid November 2012.We seek an exchange within the area specified, but any where within 30 minutes travel to Warwick university . The house is fully equipt, so pack your bags give me a shout and we are into it.
