Our newly renovated beach front property is on one of Northland's most beautiful beaches, Tapuaetahi. Some of the things we enjoy about being at our beach house... an early morning stroll along the white sandy beach. Taking an adventure around to Boulder Bay... at low tide. Alfresco dining all day long. Absolutely love swimming & diving in the pristine blue waters of Tapuaetahi. Very safe swimming beach for children. Great fishing.
This property is in a gated community so only the residents have access to this special place. Take a picnic at low tide to the ocean lagoon where the children can test their snorkeling skills. Or take them to play in the warm pools left by the changing tide.

The Lagoon Beach House is a completely renovated, very comfortable bach with three bedrooms, main ensuite, main bathroom, new outside shower, an open plan kitchen lounge dining area, with decks in the front and back of the house, and a separate laundry.

We also enjoy the local village of Kerikeri, 15 minutes away, where all your supplies and boutique shopping is, including the Saturday morning market which is a 'not to be missed' experience. Kerikeri has a movie theatre, day spas, restaurants, vineyards etc...with the Bay of Islands only another 15 minutes drive from Kerikeri township.
