Notre maison

Our home is a modern 2 storey townhouse located in a quiet cul de sac just 200 metres to the beach. There are 2 double bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a study. We have a nice area outside for sitting and enjoying the sun.

We are a semi-retired couple in our early 60's who want to travel in the UK & Europe whilst we are still young enough to enjoy it. We have successfully completed 5 exchanges over the past 5 years.
Our plans for 2012 are to spend up to 8 weeks in Europe and the UK. Ideally we would like to arrange several exchanges for 10-14 days each, non-simultaneous if that suits better. Although our house would be available for the 2 months that we are away if a couple would like to come to NZ in our (very mild)winter

This is one of the most popular beach resorts in New Zealand with excellent cafes just a few miles along the beach at Mt Maunganui There is a shopping mall close by at Bayfair. There are 2 excellent golf courses 5 minutes away and many places in the countryside to walk or hike. We are 15 mins from the Tauranga airport which has direct flights to many destinations in NZ including the South Island.We are 50 minutes from Rotorua which has many tourist attractions and also has direct flights to Australia and the South Island.
