Notre maison

Our home is in a very lovely location, right on the estuary, and great views, and so close to town. We love our house and gardens, and have recently redecorated it, and find it a warm cosy place to be.Lovely sunny house. Lots of great areas to relax in, inside and out, and some productive herb gardens and fruit trees, and great neigbours.

We are a retired couple mid 50's,also grandparents to [8] grandchildren, we love to travel, we have many interests mainly yachting, and water sports,mostly outdoor activities, cycling, motorbikes, treking, love adventure. Non smokers and clean tidy people. We would love the oportunity to live in another country by house swapping, as it would add another dimension to travel. we are fairly flexible with travel dates, and will look at most countries,to exchange.
We won't consider a European winter, as we have already had one, and decided never again, but would definitely look at the other seasons.

We are ideally located 5 min to city centre 10min to ocean beachs, our city is central to most other places skiing, lakes, thermal areas, and 3hours from Auckland. The city of Tauranga has a pop 100,000 and growing,we have a fairly good range of restaurants, & bars, also alot of sport clubs, and welcoming people. Great treking clubs, and many cycle ways, boardwalk bottom of garden, will take you around the estuary or into the city, and kayaking also through the garden area, at high tide.
