Notre maison

Our home is a modern country house with one acre of gardens and a solar heated outdoor swimming pool. It has two large living areas and four bedrooms. The main bedrooom has a very comfortable king sized bed and en-suite, French doors in this bedroom open out to the garden and pool area. The living area has very large floor to ceiling windows that open out to a wistera covered patio where there is a bbq area with outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

Trees and flowers are in abundance and native birds are in the trees that surround the property.

Enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our little bit of Paradise.

We are Joe and Jean, we have recently retired and are in our 60's. Before our retirment we owned a citrus and avocado orchard in the area. We have 3 grown children one lives at Mount Maunganui and could assist if necessary. We assure you we would take every care of your home.

We are situated in the outskirts of the city only minutes away from the City centre. One of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand, Mount Maunganui, is nearby with cafes, wineries, thermal pools and golf courses virtually on our doorstep.

Tauranga is a very centrally situated town close to most tourist attractions; day trips can be made to Rotorua (the thermal and cultural area of New Zealand); Auckland (the largest city); the Coromandel Peninsular; Waitomo Caves; Lake Taupo;(trout fishing) and many other great attractions that our country has to offer.

Tauranga has perhaps the best climate in New Zealand and there are many kiwifruit and avocado orchards in the immediate area.
