En savoir plus sur nous

  1. We are a professional couple in our 50's- my husband is a doctor and I am a nurse and our 3 children are grownup and independant. Our eldest daughter is presently living in London and we would like to spend some time with her. She lives in Stoke Newington and works in Camden so anywhere reasonably close to there would be great. We have travelled extensively in Europe and the UK but have never done a house swap before.

Localisation

Quartier

Plimmerton is a seaside village and is a suburb of Porirua which is a small dormitory city to Wellington- the capital of New Zealand. We live in a cul de sac -very quiet and virtually no traffic. We have been here for 30 years and have good longstanding neighbours. There is a 10 minute walk to the local village centre which has five cafes,a minimarket and the local doctors. There is a large supermarket 5 mins by car. Wellington is a small vibrant capital city with great nightlife and theatres and many walkways. It has a beautiful natural harbour. September can be one of our better months- not much wind and warm spring temperatures.
