Notre maison

Our home is a comfortable 4 bedroom home with a good entertaining area which has flow to the balcony. The back garden is designed for entertaining both adults and children. We have lovely views to Tasman Bay and out to the hills. We feel like we are semirural but we are within 15 mins walking distance to the centre of town.

We are a family of 4, Steve is a Naturopath, chef and house renovator, and I, work in Marine Research at a local Scientific Research Institute. We have 2 children, Elvis 4 and Jasper 2.5. We love to sail and ski, and would like to spend a NZ summer giving up the former to do the latter as our kids are almost at the age to start skiing.

The walk into town is a plesant stroll along the river. Our backyard is literally a plethra of awesome mountain bike trials and walks. Nelson is a town of approx. 50,000 residents.

The latest edition of the Rough Guide advises that if you choose one area of New Zealand to visit make sure it is the top of the South Island - the vibrant arts community, vineyards, laid back atmosphere and great weather combine to make Nelson an essential stop.
