Notre maison

Our house is a house built in the 70's but very comfortable and big. We have views of the sea and also back onto the estuary where you can paddle from the backyard to the sea which is fairly special. Tata Beach is the most beautiful beach with golden sand. There is a kayak company on the beach where you can hire kayaks and go exploring. Also paddle boards and classes.

We are a quiet retired couple and would only be interested in swapping our house to responsible non partying types etc. All care would be taken on our part. We would possibly want sometimes to include our daughter and son in law and their 2 year old daughter (who are very fussy) in some of our exchanges as they live in Melbourne and they also could be interested in swapping their home if Tata Beach wasn't spectacular enough.

We are about a 10 minute drive to the beginning of the Abel Tasman Nat Park and ideally situated if you were to do day walks in the Park without having to stay in the huts etc. We are also 5 mins from a local shop and restaurants and cafes. Takaka township is about 15kms away. We are about 1 1/2 hours from Nelson.
