Notre maison

Our home is a sunny four bedroom property with a big garden and outdoor swimming pool. Perfect for outdoor entertaining.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and large ensuite bathroom. There are single beds in two bedrooms and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.
The home has a large double garage with internal access and there is a Nissan Maxima available for use.
We have lovely views over a park and to the golf course in the distance.

Liz is an HR Manager and Peter is an Account Manager in the Telecommunications industry. We have 2 children aged 8 and 4. Ideally, we would like to spend at least 3 months in Southern England (to be close to family we have over there) and would seriously consider any exchanges for longer than this including to other parts of the UK.

We live in a good area of Hamilton City, close to a large park and the Waikato River. 5 minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants and cinemas. The city is excellent for walking, outdoor activites and golf.

Hamilton is a very central North Island location, one and a half hours drive from Auckland, the Bay of Plenty and Rotorua. Day trips to fantastic beaches in summer or superb ski fields in the winter.
