Notre maison

The town house is modern spacious and fully furnished with modern conveniences along with 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Outside areas are fenced, secure and private.
Kitchen is fully appointed including a dishwasher and there is an adjoining dining area.
Lounge is separate with large screen TV with Chrome Cast.
Bedrooms - 3, master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite (vanity, shower and toilet); 2nd bedroom has queen bed and off-suit with shower and vanity and 3rd bedroom has a single bed.
There is a separate toilet.
Easy outside access to a large private deck with furniture, BBQ and garden.
Double garage with internal access.
Laundry in garage
Ramp access to house and deck.
We also have John’s home at Diamond Harbour, Christchurch, NZ available, or spend time at both homes.

My neighbourhood, Longhurst near Halswell, is a relatively new development, oppersitr a reserve and is a tidy and safe environment, within walking distance of a bus stop, shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and parks. It is an ideal base to explore nearby Christchurch, surrounds and further afield.
The region has excellent walks and cycling tracks and is only 10km from lovely beaches.
For wine buffs there are numerous vineyards in the region, a days skiing a comfortable drive away and Hanmer Springs with it's hot pools and walks and cycle tracks is only an hour or so away.
If you are interested in history in the making and/or modern architecture, come and see for yourself our regions rebuild following the earthquakes of 2010/2011.
